Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pixels to Inches Converter (“we”, “us”, “our”), available at pixelstoinches.net (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) What this Service is

The Service is a free online tool that converts pixels (px) to inches (in) and inches to pixels using PPI/DPI (pixels per inch). Results update instantly as you type. The tool also includes a Decimals control for rounding, plus quick actions like Share result, Reload calculator, and Clear all changes.

The Service is provided for general informational and convenience purposes. It is not professional printing, prepress, manufacturing, calibration, or legal advice. Always confirm final sizes with your printer, platform, or device specifications—especially for client deliverables or production work.

2) Understanding pixels, inches, and PPI

Pixels are a digital unit. Inches are a physical unit. You can only convert between them when you know (or assume) PPI/DPI. The same pixel dimensions can represent different physical sizes depending on your chosen PPI. For example, 1080 px can be 3.6 inches at 300 PPI, or 11.25 inches at 96 PPI.

We provide common guidance (like 300 PPI for print and 96 PPI for rough screen estimates), but your workflow may differ.

3) Your responsibilities

4) Intellectual property

The Service’s design, calculator logic, text, and code are protected by copyright and other laws. You may link to the Service and share results, but you may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

5) No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results will be accurate for your specific device, printer, software, or workflow, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.

7) Third-party services

We may use third-party providers for hosting, security, performance monitoring, or analytics. We may also link to third-party websites. Third parties have their own policies and practices, and we are not responsible for their content or services.

8) Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service (including calculators, tables, content, or supported languages) at any time. We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, posting a notice on the site). Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue and jurisdiction will be in courts located in Pakistan, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
